Why it is cheaper here

Listing platforms add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. It is charged to you, not to us, and it appears at checkout after you have already decided. Booking on this site takes that fee out of the equation — the nightly rate goes to the same place, and the platform's cut is simply not added.

There is no bait-and-switch. Same unit, same calendar, same beach. One fewer party taking a percentage.

Open your dates on the platform, then open the same dates here, and compare the final total — not the nightly rate. The fee only shows up at the end. If the platform comes out cheaper for your dates, book there. We would rather you got the better price than felt sold to.

Is booking direct safe? Payment runs through a secure card processor, not a bank transfer, and you get written confirmation before check-in. We are a family that owns one unit and our contact details are on every page.

Can I still read reviews? Yes — the reviews on the home page are from real stays, and you can read the platform listings before booking here. We would rather you did your homework.

What if plans change? The cancellation terms are shown before you pay. If something happens, message us; we are people, not a policy engine.

Is there a resort fee? No. That is one of the differences between booking with an owner and booking through a resort desk.
