938 sq ft. One bedroom with a king bed and one full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub). A queen sofa sleeper in the living room brings the maximum to four guests. Travel crib and high chair available.
Unit 418 (938 sq ft) is on the fourth floor of a 12-story building served by elevators. Elevator access is not a statement about step-free or ADA accessibility — ask us about your specific needs before booking.
Private washer and dryer inside the unit, Wi-Fi (network details are in the digital guidebook you receive before arrival), central air conditioning, and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Free on-site parking in the Mahana lot, shaded by mature monkeypod trees. EV charging is available on the property on a pay-as-you-go basis — no need to arrange it in advance.

Booking questions, answered
- Is booking instant, or do I wait for approval?
- Instant. Our calendar is set to instant book, so once you choose dates and pay, the reservation is confirmed and the confirmation email is sent right away. Same-day arrivals need at least four hours’ notice before check-in.
- When do I pay, and what does the price include?
- Payment is taken securely through the booking window at the time of booking. The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate for your dates, a $200 cleaning fee per stay, and applicable Hawaiʻi taxes. The service fee here is much lower than on Airbnb or Vrbo, and there is no resort fee.
- Where do I see the cancellation terms?
- In the booking window, before you enter payment details — the policy that applies to your dates is shown with the price breakdown and repeated in your confirmation email.
- What do nightly rates look like?
- Rates are set per date and change with the season — lower in spring and fall, highest over the Christmas–New Year weeks and whale season. The calendar shows the exact rate for every night you select.
- Check-in, checkout and minimum stay?
- Check-in from 4 p.m., checkout by 11 a.m. Most dates carry a three-night minimum; holiday weeks require longer stays, and the calendar enforces the rule for the dates you pick. Stays up to 14 nights can be booked online — message us for anything longer.
- House rules
- The booking guest must be 25 or older. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Children and infants are welcome.
- How is booking here different from Airbnb or Vrbo?
- Same condo, same owners, same calendar. Booking direct swaps the platform’s guest service fee for a much smaller one, and our direct cleaning fee is $200 (it is $237 on Airbnb). Five oceanfront acres at the quiet end of Kāʻanapali.
Set on landscaped grounds at the north end of Kāʻanapali Beach, the Mahana is a low-density, two-building property with its own gated beach access. The reef right off the beach in front of the building has resident green sea turtles, and the paved Kāʻanapali beach walk starts at our gate. Black Rock (Puʻu Kekaʻa) is about 1.5 miles south — a 30–40-minute stroll along the walk, or a 5-minute drive. Distances below are from Mahana 418.
